Uses: It is the high relatively molecular quality halogen-free, phosphorus-based flame retardant, low-toxic, good stability, good water-solubility resistance. It is used as flame retardant for ABS ,HIPS, PC, PPO, PPO/HIPS,PC/ABS , cellulose resin, synthetic rubber,  polyester fibre, modified MPPO,  etc., low transference, low volatility, can improve the heat aging property, improve the heat transfiguration temperature, can improve flexibility, in the mould can keep the excellent fluidity, decrease ablation, and also used as flame retardant for lubricating oil etc.

Toxicity: almost no toxicity.
